Cancellation Policy

 

Unfortunately failed appointments can interfere with dental treatments and create scheduling problems for all our patients.

We understand that unexpected situations arise, and we’re happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer that time to patients in need of urgent care.

 

To ensure fair scheduling for all:

  • £25 deposit required for routine appointments and consultations
  • £60 full payment required for Emergency appointments
  • £100 deposit per hour for routine treatment appointments
  • Up tp 50% of treatment value for cosmetic or restorative appointments

 

Deposits and Refunds

  • Deposit will be deducted from your final treatment cost and is fully refundable where 48 hours’ notice is provided.
  • Failure to provide 48 hours advance notice or failure to present for a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation or no show fee. This fee will equate to £60 per half an hour of clinical time lost.
  • Where 48 hours’ notice is not provided deposits are non-refundable and a further deposit will be required for a new appointment

 

We appreciate your cooperation in minimising missed appointments. This policy helps us avoid unnecessary charges for both patients and the practice.
